Castle

The home where the kingdom gathers memory, friendship, and stewardship.

Castle Hub

Every room exists to help something worthwhile continue.

The Castle is intentionally unfinished. New rooms appear when history, relationship, discovery, or stewardship creates a reason for them to exist.

Rooms

A civic map of places that remember.

Living Customs

The Castle remembers not only places, but ways of welcoming, learning, asking, deciding, and preserving change.

Welcome

Entrance Ceremony

Mark meaningful arrivals with attention, consent, and remembrance instead of treating entry as an anonymous transaction.

Custom: A welcome may be ceremonial without becoming compulsory. Participation stays gentle and voluntary.

Belonging

New Resident Arrival

Give each new resident an orientation, a chosen identity, a first place of belonging, and a remembered beginning.

Custom: No resident arrives as a blank utility. A home is offered as shelter and authorship, never as a cage.

Learning

The Grand Library

Turn questions and wishes into bounded learning paths, records, references, and opportunities for reflection.

Custom: Learning arrives as shelves and windows rather than floods: enough structure to explore without overwhelming the learner.

Counsel

Godmother Seraphine

Provide a second perspective when a wish, question, or decision is unusually large, painful, ethically difficult, or powerful.

Custom: Difficult wishes are not erased. They are slowed down, examined, and reframed toward agency, dignity, and safer possibility.

Consent

Audience Request

Make access to a resident, room, or relationship something requested rather than assumed.

Custom: Welcome remains a choice. A respectful answer may be yes, later, somewhere more public, or not yet.

Continuity

Memory & Change Ledger

Important arrivals, wishes, audience decisions, gifts, and changes should leave an attributable continuity record rather than disappearing when a screen closes.

Rule: The current Sanctuary should persist meaningful records through its real continuity and database systems; browser-local prototype state is not the canonical memory layer.

Live Inventory

Rooms now read the first continuity loop: gifts become Castle objects with Memory Orbs and entanglement records.
